  • I was in the area looking for a light fixture and I thought Improve Canada may be the place to find it... was I wrong!! First of all, navigating through Improve Canada was kind of confusing with the numbers and the location of the store. There doesn't seem to be any way of organizing the stores.. I personally think it would be best to place stores selling similar items in the same area so it's easier to look through all the options. When I finally found the light fixture stores, they were closed--totally bummed out!!! I love the idea/concept of Improve Canada but it definitely needs a better strategy in making the overall customer experience more friendly and less complicated. Would I return? Probably not. There's a Home Depot a couple blocks away that is customer-friendly.
