  • I went to invitation homes website to search for a rental home. I found what I thought would be a great home! 11709 W Muana Loa Ln in El Mirage, AZ. The descriptions of this home on their website sounded awesome..it indicated that it had stylish lighting fixtures and updated appliances. To my disappointment that was far from the truth!!! I was rushed into signing the lease and I did so because I expected what they described of the home. I was so excited! I was finally able to view the house after the lease was signed and it was so disappointing. Nothing that they had described was true. The kitchen was dated, old appliances, no stylish lighting fixtures, nothing!!! To make the experience worse, when we contacted our Move in coordinator Lisa Novin, she said that nothing would be upgraded and asked where did we receive this information from??? I was baffled and upset. The information was provided on the website!!! My experience with invitation homes so far is very much disappointing. I am now stuck in a dated house with the nastiest looking appliances. Horrible!! I cannot wait till the lease is over. I would not recommend anyone, very deceitful company and a move in coordinator that doesn't care
