They have no fucking clue what the fuck they are doing here.

Let me prefix by clarifying that I am not the type of person to one-star based on a single bad experience. No lone event is ever my first rodeo (except that one first rodeo); therefore, I am a reasonable man who shoulder-shrugs most shit. Most shit.
I've been on the barrier (first row) and the last row of the top bowl and that atrocious shitty lounge at the ceiling. I've been in the Jack Daniel's section; I've been on the floor for a seated show; I've been in the lower level, side-stage; and, I've been standing in the area above the last row of the upper section. I've had fun here (I'm not as miserable as my 1* makes me out to be).

On the other hand, there are actions by a venue that warrant auto-one starring. One such action is not providing me the goddamn ducats (tickets) that were supposed to be waiting for me at the venue. I didn't go through the trouble/time of travel, securing free parking, and walking to your fucking box (office) just for the futility of the exercise. Therefore, here you have your one-star review from me, as deserved.
I don't care which franchise plays games here. (You're only cheering for the clothing they wear anyway.) I've been to twenty plus events here (including sports) thus far. And, I've been to hundreds of venues across the continent for comparison. The following are my firsthand consumer experiences:
I paid 75USD for the privilege of a special fanclub presale for the Dixie Chicks' first concert in Las Vegas since I moved here. Guess who royally fucked up a simple presale? I'll give you one guess. Lemme see. Who could it be? Who could it be? Oh ... I know: the incompetent staff at Las Vegas Arena! (Go Knights!)
Fast-forward. I acquired my damn tickets. They are will call though. (Big mistake.) I go to retrieve them late due to circumstances out of my control. Guess whose box is closed? Guess whose security won't radio over someone who can get me my fucking tickets? The show is almost over, I am told several times. I don't give a fuck if there is only the shootout remaining to the game; I have tickets -- which are a contract between your deplorable company and me, the patron -- and I want my tickets to watch the final save from Fluery or whatever, for example.
Am I crazy? I have tickets; there is time remaining to the event; and, these complete amateurs won't furnish the tickets. After twenty minutes of wasting my fucking time, they finally provide the tickets. I hear twenty minutes of Dixie Chicks. I miss Travelin' Soldier, but hey ... let's not worry about that. I've just waited my whole life to hear DCX perform that live and ... well ... Las Vegas Arena and the Golden Knights will salute the troops and veterans at taxpayer-funded charades with flags waving and uniformed personnel on the ice and ....
Here is your one star. You deserve a lot less. We deserve a lot more. You are -- without a shadow of a doubt -- the most incompetent and clueless staff I have ever encountered in all my years of attending events. Even Cleveland is lightyears ahead of you. (There is a joke somewhere in there. [Oh yeah, you are the joke.])
Queues at the box -- when it's open -- are too fucking slow.
Queues to enter are too fucking slow.
Basically, ingress is too fucking slow.
Egress is too fucking slow.
"This must be the genius we've been waiting years for!"
Go to the nearest district library (Flamingo?) and check out an event management book. In fact, get two.

Good for tourists.
Not good for kids.
Not good for dogs.
Rating: One-star, "Eek! Methinks not."
