  • The worst shopping experience of my life. The first was terrible but I chalked it up to bad luck and gave them another try. The store is understaffed and they rush you. The joke is that the installers are all independent contractors. The store only wants to make the sale and doesn't care if you ever get the blind up. The installers don't show (I took two different days off work neither of which did Keith show up), they don't return calls and it's brutal. Utterly and horrifically brutal. Do NOT shop here
