06/09/2016 update
So after we had the screen repaired we were having problems with the touch screen part. It would freeze up and not work at times. For some reason the glass seemed to be really thin too. We have a screen protector around it and my son dropped it off the table and it still cracked. I called and they told me that they would fix it again for free because with the Apple product is a lifetime warranty. So I packed up the kids and drove all the way out there. I took it in and now they want to charge me $80 to fix it!! I told him he had a Groupon to fix it for $59. He said he would honor that. But I told him somebody over the phone told me there's a warranty on Apple products. He said there's no warranty on the cracked screen again. Nonway am I paying that price again. I found a Groupon for $40 to fix it elsewhere.
Awesome customer service from Brandon! I used a groupon to fix a cracked screen on my Ipad 2. $59 It looks flawless and was fixed in an hour! The only thing is he charged me an extra $20 to fix a seal that was bad.
