  • The hotel was in a shitty hood like place the manager was a dick when we first got here the only thing that worked was the pool but that cause it had water in it we called in they told us talk to manager the manager told my wife to deal with it. fell on my ass in the parking lot cause was covered in black ice worst hotel ever messed up our reservation put us upstairs I have bad knee we paid with credit card or we already would have left this place for junked not people spending 1600 dollars for 2 weeks what a joke fucken clown hotel pardon my language I'm just that mad manager need a smack day after new years parkin lot full of trash days now my kid found drugs outside in parking lot complained to head ofice nothing happend had to ask them to clean it up so grose I've never ever ever seen a hotel run and looked after in this way how the place is even a best Western plus is beyond me no stars shit hole junky motel the only good thing was that my room got cleaned every day this hotel is the worst any one staying here is crazy to think it going g to be good stay I won't be back people fighting in hallway just can't get over how bad it is can't talk to manager he's part the problem Un beilevible
