  • Both times I've been here I waited an hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled to be seen. Once was later in the evening, and there wasn't anybody around, so I was understanding. The second time my appointment was 10:30 AM- how did they get so far behind before lunchtime!? It seems like they had twice the staff that could possibly be necessary, doing nothing but socializing and blowing off the patients. One of the receptionists was very rude and dismissive when I was trying to figure out when I'd be seen. The actual doctors I met with are very nice women, but I won't be going back. The frustration of dealing with this place is not worth the discounted birth control.
