  • Do not use this company unless you are a large business and have a lot of money to waste. And do not expect good service to come along with the high price. If you are an individual family with one W2 you can expect to pay $1275 for them to prepare your taxes. Sound unreasonable? I agree. The first year they did our taxes they only charged $400. We were referred to this company so had no idea they don't really care about individuals. In fact last year they took over 2 months to prepare our simple w2 taxes. Several times actually misplacing our documents we submitted and blaming it on us. This month we received an email notice they are raising our cost with no explanation. We emailed back asking for details and a reconsideration and that we were shocked and unsatisfied with last years service. All we actually received back was a document stating they will no longer be doing business with us. They are cold and uncaring. They don't value their small customers. If your a multi million Dollar company spending thousands with her then you might get some courtesy. If not, don't waste your time and money. They are not worth $1 let alone the $1200 they think you should pay them. They also outsource the majority of the tax preparation so they don't even actually personally work on anything. Maybe that's why they don't care about their clients because they don't ever actually work on their behalf. Do not trust this company , they will try to take advantage of you.
