  • Worst experience ever after being a 12 car owner of Lexus. Made an appt. for oil change and tires rotated and left car. Golfed at Superstition Springs and 5 hrs later, car was not ready! Hadn't even been touched! We were told that appt. or not, they take care of the customers that are waiting for their vehicles. After a bad altercation, we were given a loaner and went to eat. Came back and the car was still not done! So unprofessional how we were treated! We have purchased all of our Lexus Automobiles from Lexus in Spokane, Wa. We have never been treated better anywhere! Their customer service and staff are A-1. We have become part of the Lexus Family, but not at the Superstition Lexus. They should not even have the title of Lexus Dealership! They have not earned it!
