This review is strictly based on my most recent experience with getting a pedicure.
I had never had a pedicure done here before because of some previous reviews stating they were rough and some even had gotten infections. I am here to say: do NOT get a pedicure here.
Not only did she cut my nails shorter than expected, she also used the cuticle nippers to round out the shape of my toenails. (Something I really don't prefer). When she came to my big toe on my left foot, she cut me so deep that I began to bleed and was in an extreme amount of pain. She quickly scrambled to put some blue fluid on the area (i'm assuming alcohol?) which caused the wound to burn even more. She then told me to put my feet back in the scalding hot water which hurt even more. I knew I should have stopped, but figured it wasn't going to be damaged that badly. Boy was I wrong. It has been 2 days since then, and I have asked a close friend to look at my toe, and she told me that the technician had cut me so deep that she had hit the nerve on my toe. Now I am forced to clean the area and maintain it with some antibiotic ointment and a bandaid to prevent infection.
PLEASE do not get a pedicure here. Save yourself the time, money, and possible infection and look elsewhere. I know I will.
