  • I arrived at 4:30pm and they were already starting to take names for a waiting list. The other option (which I choose and highly recommend) is to sit at the sushi bar. Since you have the option of all you can eat or not it doesn't matter. You just flip the menu over to all you can eat menu and go crazy--asking your sushi chef to make whatever you choose. They also came around asking if I wanted appetizers which I had some Miso Soup and tempura shrimp which arrived after my first tray of sushi had already been made by my sushi chef. He wasn't really just mine but as I was sitting at one corner of the sushi bar, the chef that served my area was alert to any orders that were verbally tossed in his direction. Excellent, well prepared and very artistic looking--something you really wouldn't think about being in the middle of the desert but it is true what others have raved about. The Seafood Salad is a must. This truly is good food! Wet Dreams is for connaisseurs. Sushi is by far, my favorite meal and it is safe to say I look for the all-you-can eat places in each city I go to, simply because I like to eat a lot of it! This would have to rank in the top 5 for sure--go figure.. I still can't believe it--for being a land-locked location. Knowing when I have reached my limit of sushi,I stopped to allow room for some Japanese Ice cream and mochi ball which is also included in this menu.. It was almost 2 hours later when I was walking out of the place. Or should I say "rolling out" of this place and there were probably 30 people outside waiting to get in. I truly picked the perfect time to go for my meal. The night is still young, not that this matters in a place like Vegas, but if I don't do anything else worth while I know that at least my tummy is happy!
