  • Pink Taco's rock n roll sports bar/cantina vibe just combines with the overall feel of the Hard Rock Hotel so well. Great spot to take a break and have a drink. Good happy hour (M-F 3-7pm) at the bar with $6 specials including margaritas, sangria, and 2 for 1 beers. Food specials too with items like grilled skewers and flautas. I had the ceviche and it was bright and citrusy with just a little heat. The fish was fresh and flavorful. In addition, the house made chips are served hot and they are so addictive. It's honestly very hard to stop dipping those warm chips into salsa. So good. Friendly bartenders and overall cool vibe makes this a great spot to pregame before heading out. They also have lunch specials under $10 too.
