After I called UPS customer service to complain about "the Gregory," I learned that he is a franchise owner for this location and the one across town on Oxford Drive. If you read my review of that one, you will see why I can't be quiet about this one. I only visited this store once, and being fourth in line at the counter, I watched as the Gregory yelled at someone for not taping up a box to be shipped with a prepaid label. He yelled. He didn't politely describe his packing charges which seemingly include a charge for each individual strip of tape, but instead told the lady to take her business elsewhere because it was a waste of his time for her to be there and not purchase anything. She simply requested that she step out of line in order to tape it up herself and he bit her head off about it. UPS needs to do something about this wiener of a store owner. In-and-out time for dropping off my prepaid package? 32 minutes. Sheesh.
