Pros: I discovered Container Park mainly because of a Freakanomics podcast talking about the CEO of Zappos wanting to start this place up for new business owners and revitalizing downtown Las Vegas. Container Park as definitely earned it's name because the stores are literally freight containers stacked up in an artsy kind of way. There is a large playground for kids in the middle and three stories of boutique stores. There are a handful of restaurants and drink places as well. Simply for the innovation, this is a cool sight to see! The staff that work here are also very friendly! The A/C in these stores are also very nice as the weather in Vegas can get kind of hot.
Cons: Most of the containers (particularly stores) are really REALLY small so the selection is very minimal. The stores are definitely specialty stores so there are many stores that probably do not apply to your interest (though there is probably one that does). The parking can be a pain as the lot across charges a lot but the street parking is reasonable.
Overall: This is a fun and innovative place to walk around and check out local stores and artists! Highly recommended as a source of entertainment outside of the Las Vegas strip!
