  • We bought our house May of 2016 and immediately after moving in a gentleman who reminds me of the cheshire cat kept showing up in an ADT shirt after about the 3rd time my husband caved and decided to hear him out. He ended up signing us up under the impression that this company was ADT and not Monotronics or whatever it is. They are a garbage bogus company that my husband has tried to cancel with since they FALSELY advertised AND theyre charging us $70 a month basically to tell us which door is opening. They also lied about the amount of time the contract is for, we NEVER would have signed up for a 5 year contract with ANYONE. It is our fault for not reading the fine print but they want an ungodly amount of money to cancel before end of contract which we have called numerous times to cancel and we have never received a single call back or paperwork. This company should be charged and shut down. I am going to the BBB website next to report them. We never got a copy of the paperwork, we never got a receipt, and we NEVER get a bill other than them withdrawing money from our account each month.
