  • How come enterprise cant reserve a car where I need it to be reserved. I am a enterprise plus card member. I went to enterprise in phoenix az. Airport to get a car reserved for me in detroit where I was flying to. And the agent could not help. I was told I had to call the 1-800 number to reserve a car or call detroit to get a reservation. What a crock. People should be able to go to any enterprise rental car place and agent and reserve a car anywhere in the world that enterprise rental operates I will never rent from enterprise again I can also thank enterprise for not helping me cause that made me go to one of there competitors and I even got a better rate and got my reservation all set up for me with out having to make a phone call.
