I do not like to complain but people should be aware of how unprofessional Nicky was when it comes to Groupon purchases. She seemed very nice and accommodated a time around my busy schedule but the day of my first appointment she texted saying her flight got delayed and wouldn't make it on time later that evening and that she would reschedule once she got situated. A week went by and she hadn't contacted me back to reschedule. I completely understand that things happen. When we finally rescheduled a second appointment, once again, she texted me that morning saying she wasn't going into work that she was out of town. How unprofessional is that!?! Especially when you are trying to run a business! You just don't do that to people. I immediately traded in my Groupon and told all my friends about her.
