My fiance and I have been coming in for about two years and sent many people there way. We decided to treat ourselves today to an hour reflexology and the technician I got fell asleep about 5 times. I wasn't really sure how to handle the situation so I waited up until I went to pay and addressed the front desk with the issue. The lady in charge of the front desk today offered me $5 off when she should have been more than willing to take care of the massage considering the guy I got with clearly having an off-day. It happens to the best of us, I was still willing to tip him but my massage should have been on the house...hands down! They chose to charge us full price and lose our business permanently instead. I'm understanding and forgiving but have no tolerance for being taken advantage of. I'm really bummed at how this was handled and will be giving my regular business to a company who values it.
