Nothing but headaches.
We (unfortunately) chose to buy all our new appliances after renos from here.
Sales guy seemed to have a great knowledge but said models would fit our measured spaces then didn't. Delivery was not on the promised dates and was a nightmare as we got passed from department to department. After 2 or three instances of cancelled or postponed deliveries I simply asked for a refund and went elsewhere. Our salesman seemed to have little interest in following through to ensure we were happy. Then when items were returned (i.e. the microwave that didn't fit) they have the nerve to "hold" the refund until it was processed through their system. Kind of odd seeing as all stores I have been to simply scan your credit card and lo and behold the refund is put back on the card!
Our one year one month old stove just displayed an electrical problem so of course it is out of warrranty and can be fixed in a two part service plan where they charge by the minute. ouch!
Has anyone not been put on hold to elevator music when you call this place.
Bottom line: big store poor service, support small business.
