  • This morning I stepped outside to see my car was getting towed by Kufner. There was an orange sign on poster-board with writing in permanent marker stating that there was no parking from 7pm - 7am about a block away from where I was parked. I'm not even going to address the incompetence of the city for thinking that is a valid sign. The tow truck driver puts my car back and demands $50, stating that if he would have driven it away it would be $120. I then notice that the front grill of my car is hanging off, which I JUST had repaired. He immediately got defensive when I brought this to his attention and telling me it was already like this. I feel completely violated.
