  • VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! When Bunkers arrived to pick up my mother the gentleman made me feel extremely comfortable, he even asked if my mom had a favorite music that they could play in the car. It went downhill from there. We decided to have my mother's body shipped back home and Bunkers became very difficult to work with and dragged their feet from this point on. They did not return calls and the friendliness disappeared instantly. Because they drug there feet my mother's funeral services are now being prolonged. In a time of grief we want to have a funeral and get it done and over with and Bunkers has not allowed us to do that. Something that should have taken a few days, now is taking over a week. I especially would like to thank Nick for not returning my calls or the funeral homes where we wanted to send my mother to and Joel Lee The office manager, Joel lee is not pleasant to work with at all. Thank you bunkers for the extra headache you have made this everything but easy for my family in this difficult time.
