  • Just left Walt's Ace Hardware. I purchased an outlet two months ago. Did not use it, Did not open package. I had the receipt, but did not read that no returns after 30 days. In fairness, they did offer a merchandise credit. I do not live on the west side of town so I did not anticipate going back so I refused the credit and took my purchase and left. This return policy is as bad as Best Buy, (which I refuse to purchase anything at). This just give more justification to going to the big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's. The front sales people were very kind and welcoming.
