  • My experience here was bad all the way around. 1)They were supposed to get the approval from my insurance to use them as my dentist, and they did not. This caused a significant delay in my apt. I did not know about this until I got their their office--and there had been no approval yet. 2) I had a "dentist appointment" and when got there, there was no dentist in the office. They were all in other offices on that day, yet they scheduled me for a dentist apt. And I never did see a dentist! 3) The hygienist talked on her cell phone (personal calls) during my teeth cleaning 4) The hygienist did not have any of the surrounding equipment sanitized or covered i.e. she put her fingers in my mouth and then touched the overhead light and computer keyboard (and cell phone!) which were not covered or (I have to assume) cleaned. 5) The hygienist promised to check into getting me some teeth whitener and to call me back, of which there was never any word back from her. Looking back, I should have just gotten up and walked out. This could not be a more poorly run place. Stay away, for the sake of your health.
