  • Let me start off by saying the music and DJ was great! However, service was terrible and food was mediocre at best. This was my second time trying Cuban food and this time was such a disappointment. We had so many different servers I can't even remember; one who handed us our menus, another who brought us our drinks 15 minutes after being seated, a person whom we placed our order with, someone who brought us the food, and whoever else we could flag down to help us. All these people, yet no one was available or provided good service? There was even a point in time where we waited an hour for a drink from the bar only for the bartender to nonchalantly bring it to us like we did not ask her or the other servers three times prior that. Then when it came time to close the check, the lady mistakenly forgot to add an item to our check saying, "Oops, I messed up." Are you kidding me? Now here we are waiting once again when we were trying to get the hell out of there and never come back. You want some decent Cuban food and good service? Go to Cuba Cafe instead.
