I will never fly US airways again. On the way here they boarded us then we sat for 3 and a half hours while they didn't tell us a word. We were not even offered a free pack of chips. When I finally arrived the baggage claim board was broken and no one who worked here knew anything. I had to search the entire airport that I've never been to to find my bag. I got to the airport extremely early when I was on my way home from the trip because I didn't know the airport. 20 mins before our flight is suppose to take off they delay it 5 hours without any reasoning. I tried to talk to the employees again and they are so rude. I went to customer service to see if I could get on stand by. The lady told me she shouldn't even put me on standby because I have a checked bag? She said there is a 99% chance I won't get on it anyways because she's had so many people come before me. It was the worst customer service I have ever experience. I understand they can't control the flights but you can at least help people who are contributing money to your company.
