I was looking for a place that had salad wraps. Many moons ago, when I was a student at UNLV, before the new and current MSU, we had a really awesome place in our old MSU that had the BEST salad wraps. I forever miss that place. I found this place on yelp and saw it had good reviews and decided to try it out and satisfy my craving.
What I didn't realize was this was a raw/vegan place. Which is fine because I'm not a huge meat eater AT ALL and I actually do make a lot of vegetarian and vegan meals for myself. Anyway, I was worried my friend wouldn't like anything here. We got the baja wrap (for me) and the thai spicy wrap (for her), and we both LOVED it. My baja wrap was very flavorful. The only downside is I think the wrap is also gluten free (which is great because I'm gluten intolerant), so it crumbles easily and this "wrap" became a great mess (grab a bunch of napkins!).
We also got the cheesy kale chips. Both wraps and the kale chips came out to $20.
