  • Quinton came to my home and we talked about my needs. He took measurements and said that he would draw up an estimate and come back out within 3 days. I asked him to e-mail me the quote and he said we don't do business that way and that he would have to come back out and explain the estimate. I told him that I wanted green on green turf and I was very specific on that. Quinton came back 3 days later. He did not provide me with a paper quote. He had it on his phone and asked me to be connected him to my wifi or he couldn't give me a quote. After providing him with my wifi info, he gave me a quote by handing me his phone and said here is the quote. He did not have a hard copy. After taking his quote and making it bigger by my thumb and forefinger, his estimate was DOUBLE that of my lowest bid. I told Quinton he was double. Quinton responded by stating that they are very very busy. I wished his company well. No company should take advantage of anyone like Epic Landscape. People, get your three or four bids before choosing...there are plenty of companies out there that will appreciate your business! I found one of them.
