  • Convenient location with helpful employees. Have worked with them before and it has always been good. Here today for their passport photo service. Were told before that their photos will meet the US State Department's passport photo requirements. Aargh! They did not, which we learned when they were rejected later that day at the passport acceptance center. (The photo dimensions were correct but the visible face sizing was not according to the passport counter clerk). So a trip back to UPS. I think the store really tried, so okay. But pro tip: UPS employee passport photo expertise here may wax and wane so try to check and measure the photo yourself as your technical expertise allows. I know that UPS expertise is often the reason we use passport services like theirs in the first place, particularly when they advertise it. But there it is. Still, a good store and worth patronizing. We will continue. Yelp on.
