I would give a negative 5 if I could.
This place is disgusting and the teenagers they have working there do not care for the animals one bit. I watched as a teen "yanked" the puppies, one by one to take them to the back and when she would open the cages, not only would she hold them roughly with one hand but she continually banged the head of one of the puppies on the bottom of the cage because she was too busy trying to push the other one back in.
The Guinea Pigs didn't have any clean water and the place smelled. The girls working there were beyond rude and seeing tons of puppies in wire cages was beyond sad. Some kept fighting in their cages and everyone that worked there could care less about those animals.
If I don't see improvement, I'm going to call a local news station to see what really goes on behind closed doors with this company. This place needs to be closed down period.
You want to know what puppy hell looks like? Go to this place.
Oh and for all the fake 5 star reviews, these people would seriously have to have selective vision to only see what they want to ever give a place like this 5 stars. Where do they think this place gets all their puppies from? They come from puppy mills. Google what puppy mills look like and see that by shopping at a business like this you're adding to the problem not a solution. With hundreds of dogs that are in high kill shelters to buy from a store like this, you're as selfish as they come but that seems to be the trend in Vegas.
