  • Horrible. Got them from first american. First guy shows up says AC unit is frozen he can't do anything. Next day guy comes, recharges, still can't get it going, mumbles a bunch, and then says he doesn't know how to deal with 2 stage AC's. Call to complain and they say tech that knows how to deal with that can't come for 2 more days. This is in AZ, that would be nearly a week with no AC. Come on, run away, as fast as possible, tell First American never to send these guys.
