  • They have made this the ABSOLUTE worst moving experience in my entire life. Nice to your face, horrible behind your back. Kitchen was disgustingly dirty and full of roach feces which they refused to clean up! Our apartment wasn't even ready when we showed up with our moving trucks the day we were supposed to move in, and we had already paid our first month rent and security deposit!!!! Unprofessional. We were forced to pay installation and turn on charges twice because they put us in a temporary unit until our was supposedly ready and available, which, as I previously stated, it wasn't because it was FILTHY!!!!!! Sickening. And now they are harassing us over having our BBQ on our front porch, although SEVERAL other residents have a BBQ as well. Anything to make us more miserable.
