  • I called and spoke to Anthony the second I found a the bugs. He was very professional and understanding and scheduled a quote for the same day. Didi came out and showed me what I should look for In the future and answered all my questions. We scheduled treatment for the following afternoon and Didi explained every detail of what was needed for prep and what would happen for the next 30 days. Later on that evening, we needed to change the treatment method per my landlord's request. Didi came out and helped make sure all of the additional prep was adjusted and him and Anthony both worked into the evening heat treating my whole condo. Once the treatment was finished Didi called and gave me further instructions for the next 30 days once again. These guys were FANTASTIC! I am so thankful I called them and we could fix this problem. I have nothing now but confidence I will get a full nights sleep! You guys rock!
