  • I had to call four times and get them on the phone with warranty company to try to get them to stand behind their work. Beware they only warranty for 30 days (and refused even though i called on day 26) and would not stand by my home warranty's guarantee of 180 days. If you get past the disorganized and rude office staff, Tony the plumber was a nice guy. He told me if I have any problems call him back but that turned out to be a nightmare. They refused to resolve the issue without another payment. Guess anything goes in Sin City plumbing.
