  • Gibby's is old school and great. The menu is full of classics like a New York or Steak Diane. The building is classic Old Montreal, big old stone barn, free valet parking and a big dining room (only wished they had a patio). Get the Monte Carlo (twice baked) Potato, loved the Gibby's salad, fresh bread and the bowl of sour pickles. The steaks were huge and the fish was fantastic. I had the Rare Tuna and someone else had the Salmon. Ask the server for suggestions, she had tons of ideas. Treat yourself to a classic dining room experience. I thought it was well priced, it's not cheap, but worth every cent. Highly recommend.
