I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. To put it simply, my dog can handle basic instructions better than the members of Service King Spring Valley that I had the misfortune of working with. I was hit by a driver which ended up totaling my car. They had explicit instructions to work only with my insurance from the beginning of this process. I emptied out my totaled car yesterday and re-confirmed with Calvin several times that my car could only be taken by my insurance and under no circumstances could the other driver's insurance have my car. Less than 24 hours later I received word that they gave my car to the driver-at-fault's insurance company (also very shady and had instructions they couldn't take my car). I must ask you specifically Calvin--are you just dull or incredibly lazy? Whatever it be, Calvin and another employee were reluctant to accept any type of responsibility or wrong-doing until the supervisor was involved.
If you can appreciate working with "professionals" that have the listening skills and sense of responsibility comparable to a child then this is your place. Personally, I wouldn't recommend trusting one of your most expensive investments with these imbeciles.
