  • I am a Britney fan and I will be honest with you all. I'm giving her show 3 stars not because her show was "A-OK". I am giving her 3 stars because I love Britney and I really hate the thought of giving her anything lower than 3. Unfortunately, I can't give her more than that either. Reading about how she lipsyncs throughout the show, I came in with very low expectations and told myself "at least you will get to see her perform live before she quits". With that said, I left extremely disappointed. I get it that some, if not all, artists have a hard time singing live and dancing at the same time. I was gonna forgive the lipsync part but, man the dancing....ooh, the dancing! I cringe just thinking about her dancing. I think she forgot she was performing in front of hundreds of people and probably thought she was still in rehearsals because all she could offer were hand movements, a lot of skipping and hopping and some head whipping. And you can tell people wanted more. People cheered and got excited when there was a little bit of effort in the dancing but it all just fell flat. It's just too bad because a lot of people in the audience, including me, were really rooting for her. Her dancers, though, were really awesome. The stage was really beautiful too. Britney had an amazing stage production and I just wish she made full use of it by actually having some energy injected in her performances. Great dancers + amazing stage and light effects + Britney lipsyncing all her hits (I had fun singing along!) = 3 stars I don't think there are bad seats in the house although if you have the choice, I recommend that you get seats in the middle section so there won't be view obstructions. I'm not sure if the expensive seats are worth it. To me, they're not. I also don't recommend it if you are not a Britney fan. Trust me, you will be disappointed. If you are a Britney fan, go ahead and watch. Friendly advice though...just enjoy her music, her stage, and light effects with the cheapest ticket you can find.
