  • In all the time that I've been with Sprint I've always thought the customer service was really bad. Until I came to this store, Mario & Jessica helped me by giving me several options and opinions about what I could do for my lost phone. He took the time and patients to explain the process and reasons to what he was doing by the end of the day I ended up walking out with a brand new iPhoneX. Both employees showed great customer service and team work by making sure every customer that walked through the door was taken care of and meeting their needs in the best they could. Overall I had a great experience at this store and I wouldn't mind driving 25 minutes from my house just to be held by Mario and Jessica again
