I have been going to Precision Eyecare for 5 years and have been generally quite happy. Dr. Chacroun is an MD and for many of us that matters since we want more than updates on our eyeglass prescriptions. He is a quiet, almost shy, person but I find the exams I get to be thorough and accurate in terms of the prescriptions. The selection of frames that you can choose from is pretty wide and the front office staff is extremely focused on your wants and they aim to please. I've had a couple of problems with lenses in the 5 year period (coating delamination was the last one) and the staff made sure that the problem was fixed at no cost to me by the lab in very short order. I wouldn't be put off by some of these other reviews.
Costco or Wal-Mart are cheaper, of course, but the quality of care will be quite different. Go to them for second pairs of glasses but for primary care of your vision and eyes this is a good place to be.
