  • Terrible! Would not recommend this place. I am outraged that it cost $60+ tax upfront to replace heel & soles that was told it would take 1 week to complete. Nope! It took 2 months! It looks like an amateur completed this! Not only did I stopped there week after week. I was left with a number of damages. Specifically: 1) Damage to the toe from other shoes stacked on top. 2) Damage to the mid sole due to grinding. 3) Nails protruding from the soles, which apparently was too long that it left noticeable holes through the insole. I should have purchased new dress shoes. STAY AWAY!!!!
