I like Biscuits Cafe, The food here is reliably good. One of the things that gets me down on quite a few breakfast places is how greasy the food is. Never having worked in a kitchen I would have to assume at places like this during the really busy times the cooking surface is being assaulted at a feverish pace by bacon and sausage. I want my my corned beef and hash, my omelette or eggs Benedict to taste like what it is supposed to taste like. I don't want to taste or experience a greasy combination of everything made in the last hour.
The do a nice job here. The service is reliably good. Honestly I am not a biscuits guy but I do love the homemade jam they give you. I get it on toast. I know it's biscuits but to each their own.
