  • I cant tell you how to rate this Company, First they don't have enough stars on here to rate them high enough so I will rate them Numerically. They are a 10- TEN in my book. I called them Yesterday 5/11/16 to hire them for a Process Service I needed done for a court date on 5/19. I was in my head inquiring about it. The response by email was less then 15 minutes. In My first response back from Rebecca who was VERY proactive she had already done some of the research ahead of time easing my inner mind that his was the company to hire because I knew from her response They were Very professional, Very responsive and Very knowledgeable in what they were doing. This was their profession and they were they to take care of what I needed to have done in the most efficient , safest, quickest , professional manor that needed to be done. They worked diligently , confidently and handled the task at hand within 24 hours my job was DONE. Even though I didn't have a complete address, that same day within 15 min of my initial contact Rebecca had a complete address and was ready to process serve the next day as the orders for that day were already out so the next following day was the next available date for my order to go out. And at 10:18 am I got my Status Completed Response- ( aka in my head Mission Completed) both parties Served. Done. WOW WOW WOW WOW. These two people , One non dangerous, and the rest of the household Extremely dangerous and completely violent, my concern was for the Process servers safety. They are an A-1 COMPANY and God forbid I should need them again, but if I do they are the ONLY company I will use and the ONLY Company I will refer others to use. An Awesome Awesome Awesome SUPER Speedy Company that takes your Concerns and your Job serious and get your job DONE. WOW WOW WOW.. They surely WOW'D this Customer SUPER DUPER Excellent Customer Service with all the Care and Person Touch of Treating each customer as if they are family. I'm HIGHLY Impressed , grateful, thankful and Blessed. Thank you Rebecca and your Team for the FABULOUS job you guys do DAILY putting your lives on the line helping people like us get people to court to resolve issues. THANK YOU. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. Love You ALL for what you do.
