  • Great ER. It was my second time in their ER and both times I truly experienced great care. The first time was for a terrible cold and I couldn't breathe, they were very fast in making me feel comfortable. This time they put my mind at ease, also very fast. Interestingly I went to another ER first, I had waited for 35 minutes with a ton of people, and grumpy ER employees because they really were just too busy. St Joseph's WestGate got me back there right away, the dr came in within 10 minutes to let me know the test they were going to do. I got the results immediately which put my mind at ease. I like that they are also part of the Dignity Health network and run by the sisters of mercy. I'm not Catholic but for some reason just knowing this makes me comfortable.
