  • Fiesta Jalapeños is my favorite Mexican restaurant and I've been a patron for years. The complimentary chips and salsa are great, the margaritas are out of this world, and the food is always hot and fresh. When I go with family or friends, we usually start off with the tamale appetizer. It comes with a creamy, spicy sauce that does not accompany an a la carte tamal. I love the enchiladas with the mole sauce, the chimichangas, the special fajitas...it's all good. I've never had dessert here, so I can't speak to that, and my only complaint would be that sometimes the shredded beef can be a little dry. It gets crazy busy in the evenings and on the weekends, so don't be surprised if there's a wait! I highly recommend Fiesta's. Don't forget to stop and have a chat with Lupe at the bar; he's the best!
