I have stayed at Hotel32 several times over the years and am always amazed at the level of customer service that is provided. There were three of us in our group and we had a Loft Suite and a King Connector which is absolutely perfect for 3 or 4 people. As always, the rooms, service and the extras that only Hotel32 can provide were top-notch. We had a problem with the sound system in the Loft and a technician was sent up right away to address the problem. He was very friendly and was able to correct the problem; however, there remained intermittent issues with the music stopping/starting but it wasn't that big of a deal so we didn't mention it. The fantastic shower in the Loft also had a mechanical issue (I'm 99% sure it was a mechanical problem and not something I was or wasn't doing.) as the regular shower head wouldn't come on independently of the other outlets. I was able to work around the problem so I didn't contact anyone about fixing it. Between the sound issue and the shower issue, it would seem that maybe there are some mechanical problems that are starting to creep up. It's really not surprising since there is so much high-tech at play in the suites. The staff are always very accommodating in correcting the problems, but it might be time to evaluate the technology in each room as a quality control measure to ensure good working order and addressing any issues before new guests arrive. This is still a 5 star hotel and experience in my book and we look forward to our next visit.
