  • We just purchased our 4th vehicle from Land Rover Las Vegas (3 Range Rovers and one Land Rover LR4). We keep coming back because the cars are the best we have driven and because of the amazing customer service. John Kappler our Sales Guide has been very accommodating and know what we are looking for. He lets us know when there is a vehicle on the lot or coming in that we may be interested in. Several times he has driven a vehicle to our home when we have been busy just so we can look at it. The Las Vegas dealership is much friendlier and easier to work with than the dealership we used to work with in Orlando. They are very down to earth here and won't treat you lesser if you don't dress up but come in your workout clothes instead. The showroom is warm and inviting, unlike most dealership showrooms. The service department is the BEST! We have tried to like and purchase other vehicles but just can't. Once you have driven a Land Rover/Range Rover you will be hooked. And, once you get the star treatment from the sales and service staff, you won't be able to go anywhere else. There may be other cars with fancier gadgets and more technology (we love those just as much or more than the next person) but the way these cars drive, their high level of comfort and their timeless good looks we just can't get another brand. We have tried, we bought some of these cars and the savings in gas or the fun gadgets just don't make up for what we are missing when we aren't driving a Land Rover/Range Rover so we wind up trading them in and getting another Land Rover/Range Rover.
