  • After having an awful experience here in the DC area with service in my 528i I brought it in to A&L while visiting my daughter for a few days. I had no issues with the repair. They didn't try and up-sell or pressure me into repairs that weren't needed. It was refreshing. My car was ready in time and I was able to get safely back to DC before the Spring snow storm hit the area and my route home. When it comes time to purchase my new vehicle in December i will definitely give A&L my business.
