  • Came in on a Tuesday evening, it was pretty empty. I was checked in really promptly and told that there were only two people in front of me: the wait shouldn't be long. Then I waited over an hour. One of the stylists, Candace, spent that time cutting her friend's hair. When I finally got in a chair, Candace told me I should've checked in on the app to save time. She gave me a sloppy, quick cut, and I tipped her before I left. Two stars because both stylists were apologetic about the wait. And the haircut isn't terrible. But I probably won't be back.
