  • I have mixed reviews about this place. The sales staff seems very unorganized. I called their store to check the inventory on a specific bag to which one sale staff said they're sold out completely and will call me back when it's in stock. I called back again later and spoke with someone else and they said they had that back in stock so I asked her to hold it for me. She said she would hold the bag for 48hrs. I go to the store within 36 hours and the sales associate told me they took the item off hold the day I called in -_- luckily she and another sales manager was really helpful and helped me identify the bag and even showed us how to wear it. When they offered to wrap it up for us, a different sales lady handed us our purchase without even saying thank you and walked away... But as we left the sales manager thanked us for our purchase and hoped our recipient will like it. So as you can see, our experience was mixed.
