  • Maintainence always responded to my requests within 24 hours, sometimes even having the requests fulfilled by then. The complex and property are beautiful and full of amenities I've only dreamed of, alongside an affordability I could reach. My only complaint is that the parking was always competitive and the coffee machines were poorly stocked. The employees were always happy and cheerful and made up for my growing dismay when I couldn't find caffeine. The location of the complex has pros and cons, it's secluded, so traffic is always bearable but there isn't anything fun nearby, aside from a whimsical trip to the lighthouse. This pretty much means you're losing your parking spot if you want to have a life outside of work.
