  • The property is a joke the remodel was haphazardly done, most units have electrical issues, the office staff is discourtious, 6 different property managers in less than 9 months, maintenance doesn't show when they say they will, the property management company cheaps out making substandard repairs when maintenance does show, and the amenities promised/advertised are non existent even though they were promised nearly a year ago.
